A farmhouse IPA packed with hops and wild yeast. Fresh, funky, pale and fruity. Tart and mysterious.

Sounded very promising, but for me a bit out of balance. The alcohol, allthough only 7% is a bit too strong, and the bitterness could be a bit more balanced with a nice malty touch, maybe some more wheat.. The hops are clearly on the backgroudn as bittering, and the aroma’s of the hops are a bit pushed away by the brett. Very nice brew, but my expectations for TO Ol are always very high! :)

backlog. Orange with a nice white head. Aroma is a bit melony with huge farmhouse notes. Dry on the tongue, bitter finish. Dry and funky bit a bit overpowering.

Bottle. Aroma and taste is yeasty, spices, some citrus and some hoppy bitterness. Different and a decent beer, almost lika a hoppy saison even if ratebeer says ipa. A bit strange.

500ml bottle pours a hazy golden orange color with a finger and a half of white head that leaves only a few spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is floral with some citrus and hints of funk. Taste is a light fruity and caramel malty sweetness with a citrus hop bitterness. Light to medium bodied with good carbonation that pleases the palate. Overall, a pleasant brew, an IPA with some farmhouse funk. Enjoyable and recommended

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Drukket på Bergstua 23 Jul 16. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Middels høyt kritthvitt skum som daler sakte. Bra ferskenaroma. Smaken tørket frukt. Lett syrlig etter hvert. Innholdsrikt øl.

Bottle from Nerkeley Bowl West. Pours dark gold with a modest white head and a citrus aroma. There is a fruity pale malt flavor with a.dry bitter finish. A strange yet tasty combination of tastes.
