Hazy yellow with a lasting white head. Herbal and grassy hops in the aroma, along with a touch of fresh wood. Thin and watery grassy flavour with a slightly tart finish.

Draft. A light golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of citrus and elderflowers. The flavor has notes of citrus and elderflowers, leading to a dry and bitter finish. The body is watery thin.

Unclear medium yellow color with a large, creamy to frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, light lemon, flowers, elderflowers, jasmine and heather flowers, moderate hoppy, yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100602]

Bevuta a Pasturana; la descrizione mi ispirava parecchio, purtroppo è stata una delusione. Molto secca, a dispetto degli aromi di sambuco e erica che dovrebbe contenere e che non si sentono in alcun modo. Non è male ma le aspettative mi hanno fregato.

Tap @ Ma Che Siete, Rome. Pours unclear yellow with a small creamy white head and lacings. Nose is yeast, rubber, citrus and a bit of herbs. Flavor likewise. Medium bodied.

Draught at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà, Roma. Hazy yellow with a dense white head. Floral notes but by no means pleasant - kind of reminded me of cheap perfume. Flavour is highly phenolic. Way overdone with clove and coriander, underlying citrus. Herbal finish. A strange one, it’s not terrible but just not my cup of tea.

Stunning fresh vibrant aroma. Elderflower and jasmine just shine right thru. A great summer session ale, especially the heat of the italian plains (sp) Light body, easy alcohol levels make this for a beer to really need a couple of bottles to hand.

Deep blond color; the head is not persistent. There is a clear elderflower aroma, and light honey, but also light malt and yeast, nicely complex. The body is light, the cereals are lightly crispy, there is a light citrus touch and flowers. The final is too weak, the ordinary bitterness is lightly herbal. Delicate, refreshing and original.
