From a 0.375l bottle @ Borefts 2013. This is a cloudy wood red brown one with a minimal bubbly transparent sidesticking top. Really nice nose. Sweet and woody with a really vinous touch to it. Loaded with sweet dark dried fruits and berries such a dates, raisins and prunes. A dark caramel also present next to honey and nuts. Really nice flavors as well with much the same elements as the nose had. Sweet sticky oily on the mouthfeel and soft sticking and prickling on the carbonation. Really really flavorful. Wonderfully complex, rich and sweet. Wouldn’t mind a bottle alone on a cold autumn evening. 28.09.2013

Bottle shared at a tasting at Mastikim. Muddy brown. Nice malty aroma with wood, vinous notes, caramel, some fruitiness and vanilla hints. Sweet malty flavor, caramelly, fruity, with a bit of cookies, some wood, vanilla, a bit of chocolate notes, a light sourish vinous note and an alcoholic finish. Medium-bodied, kinda silky with a sticky note. Very nice.

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2014 28.09.2013, 0,375l bottle sampled @ Borefts:
Tiny bubbly head. Aroma is slightly sweet fruity, raisins, sugar, red berries, honey, oak, dates, toffee. Taste is slightly sweet oxidized, raisins, oak, butterscotch, dark sugar, alcohol, hay, toffee, bark. Medium bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Not bad, just a little too dry for this kind of beer.
