Pours pale gold with a large, lasting head. Nose shows spicy, grassy and herbal hops along with some biscuity malt. Flavours include more herbal and spicy hops with some soft bready malt underneath. A little booze surfaces amongst the assertive bitterness in the finish. Needs more carbonation.

Bottle from Birratrovo
Cloudy dark blond color with generous head. The aroma is not exciting, but at least is lightly grassy (the hops), also a bit yeasty. Too much carbonated; some dry malt, but it’s possible qualities are hidden behind too much yeast; strong bitterness.
I’m used to cleaner beers from Toccalmatto, this is quite rough.

No mention of Fanø on the label.

Draught at Ölrepubliken. Cloudy yellow color with medium sized head. Green hops and sulphur in nose. Fresh German hop profile in flavour with pretty big bitterness. This is exactly what one can expect from a hopped up lager without flaws. Good quality.

IlBevitorediLA (452) - ITALY - NOV 16, 2012
Molto beverina e rinfrescante.
