Bottle 750ml.
Unclear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, light to moderate hoppy, orange notes, moderate yeasty, chlorine, light alcool. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20091109]

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, fruits, yeast, and lots of malt, leading to a dry yeasty finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is yeasty, spiced and mild fruity. Phenolic, fruity and mild yeasty flavoured. Lingering fruity and slight phenolic finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a deep golden with a slight haze and a small off-white head. Sweet oxidized fruit aroma with some phenols. Solid body, oxidized sweet fruits and caramel with Belgian yeast and phenols. Brown Belgian sugars as well. A little warming alcohol. Ends sweet and rich. Not the worst strong Belgian. 171210

Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small head. Aroma is fruits, spices, sweet malts, some yeast and mild notes of alcohol. Flavour is very similar otherwise, but the alcohol is rather well-hidden.

Bottled at Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Hazy ruby/amber, coarse head. Distinct almondy nose. Mid sweet with medium-full body. Mild and cottony with leather and marzipan. Soothing caramelly finish.

Bottle at Papsø. Hazy orange coloured with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma of caramel with notes of spices and marzipan. Fruity flavour of caramel, spices and marzipan. Sweet finish.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity spicy malty yeasty flavor. Has a sweetish fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, December 2010. Pours dark reddish brown with a small creamy white head and lacings. Nose is sweet. Bread, caramel, nuts and dark fruit. Smooth and creamy full palate. Tasty B.S.A.

Beautiful red-amber color.; creamy head. Nice fruity aroma, almost a Weisse, with some banana, chewing-gum. Good body strength, some sweetness, still too young, again a light Weizen impression. Rough.
