75cl bottle from Grand Cru, Rimini. It pours a slightly hazy pale golden color with a small white head. Aroma is sweet and herbal, with notes of honey, stewed apples, green apples, foraged herbs and citrus. Taste is mostly sweet, lightly bitter and herbal, with notes of honey, apples, licorice root, dried leaves, bubble gum and citrus leaves. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Does not feel like 10% ABV at all. Overall, tasty and sweet, good with dessert and quitw unique

Butelka 75cl.

My first braggot and we get a long. Pretty drinkable for a 10.5%. You wouldn’t notice it at first sight. Apple, light but strong, cider’ish.

At Borefts Beer Festival 2013. Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Fruity aroma with honey, a touch of rubber and banana notes. Sweet fruity flavour with honey and banana, and some herbs and spices. A bit raw in character

On tap @ Borefts 2013. Looks kinda pale and golden orange in the glass this one. Not to much of a head really, but what’s there is bubbly and almost transparent white. Do like the aroma. It’s almost candy sweet. Jelly-fruit-sweet with a fresh really gel like fruitiness. Interesting nose. This goes again in the taste also. It’s really surprisingly light and almost watery in the mouth and it has a small prickling carbonation level. Yellow flavors, a little bit of banana sweetness. Wheat, some yeast and a little bit of alcohol. Not directly stingy but a bit raw. Interesting but not something I need seconds of... 28.09.2013

Tap at Borefts ’13, 28/09/13. Hazed light golden with little in the way of a head. Nose is sweet smelling, honey notes, melon, sugars, fruity tones. Taste comprises light booze, honey, sugars, dark fruits, floral notes, light spice, pumpernickel bread dough. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, dry finale. Ok for they style, the alcohol is very well integrated.
