Bottle from Birratrovo, Como
Brown color, hazy, with almost no head; there is a lot of sediment inside the neck and under the cap. It’s a caramel-based beer, with light aroma and medium flavor; light residual sweetness, and lean body; the bitterness is quite low.
Apparently it has some technical problem (the very low carbonation); and overall it’s a very simple Ale, without the character of Belgian Ales, more similar to the American imitations.

Unclear medium to dark red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, dark fruit, raisin, light alcohol, light flowers, moderate yeasty, dark fruit yeasty. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, riped dark fruit, nectar, pale raisin - prune. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20121216]

Ambrata, shiuma pochissima, aroma poco percettibile sapore di malti e frutta secca, mandorle in primis. Assomiglia molto alla volpina con qualcosa in più. Un pò troppo alcolica.

Mogano non molta schiuma poco persistente naso maltato leggero speziato non molto corpo poco gassata leggera frutta secca poco luppolata
