COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Editor’s translation. Salty Dog is a version of Dudes that has been aged in casks of Caol Ila whiskey, hence taking from the barrel the smoke and salty character.

Clear brown color with ruby hues, short quickly-disappearing tan head, aromas of peat and smoke. In mouth, it is very sweet. I mainly felt the peat, smoke, salt, spices and an interesting and nice lingering salty caramel finish. thick texture. It is a nice one, a bit too sweet but i love the finish.

I expected this one to be barrely drinkeable for me, but it was almost enjoyable. Booze, wood, peat and roastiness. The wood and booze was good...
