Bel colore e abbondante schiuma. Al naso si sente bene frutta tropicale. Ottima birra.

20/IV/13 - 75cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) @ Erwin’s post aquarium BBQ - BB: 28/XII/12 (sorry! but I’m pretty sure it was still good!) - (2013-340)

Clear deep blond beer, creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, peaches, yeast, yoghurt, some citrus peel, hay. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, hay,s pices, yeast, citrus, bitter hops, grains. Aftertaste: yeast, bitter, spices, hay, grassy, some citrus, dairy product. Very nice beer.

Bottle, shared with Bergen Beer Geek Tasting Crew and Foffern. Pours a hazy straw-colored body with a medium white head. Aroma is citrusy saison notes, straw, pepper and hints of wet leaves and freshly cut grass. Taste is pretty classic saison/blonde tones, banana esters, straw, clove, hints of cinnamon and black pepper yeast notes. Fresh, and nicely brewed. Full body, medium to high carbonation. A very nice Italian saison, shortly summarized.

Bottle shared with (and courtasy of) the Bergen Tasting Crew. Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow colour with a small whipped eggwhite-like head. Herbal aromas of pale malt, spices, pepper, lemongrass and grassy hops. Pleasant. The flavour is filled with the same mix but with citrus in addition. Nice! Has a slick mouthfeel, and a light to medium bitterness. A great and well-balanced saison.

golden and slightly cloudy. flowery, bready and slightly yeasty aroma. some dried grass and clove. fruity and mellow sweet taste with mild hints of clove and wheat. medium body with near oily texture. medium carbonation.

Bottle. Pours a pale yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma with weak hoppy hints. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.

Draught at Ölrepubliken, Göteborg, Sweden. Clear golden, medium white head. Strong fruity and phenolic aromas, with notes of pepper, oranges and tangerine. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. dry with medium bitterness.

Draught @ Ölrepubliken. Pours hazy yellow with a big frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick lacing on the glass. Smell is sweet, spicy and phenolic with crackers, cookies, orange zest, hay, dry soil, cloves and white pepper. Taste is sweet, spicy and phenolic with crackers, cookies, white pepper, cloves, hay, dry soil, lemon zest and hints of dry wood. Mouthfeel is round, tiny crisp and light to medium bodied. finish is tiny sweet, phenolic and spicy with crackers, cloves, white pepper, hay and dry soil.

Cloudy straw yellow color, white head. Banana, estery, some phenoles, sweet, very German weizen taste. Rather spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Sweet, a bit fruity, banana estery scent.

Bottle at home. Cloudy golden coloured with a fast disappearing white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of spices, citrus peel and candle wax. Fruity flavour of spices with notes of citrus peel and yeast. Spicy finish.
