750ml bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Dark amber pour with a bit of off-white head. Aromas of pine and resin hops with some malty sweetness. Lots of orange flavor with a good amount of bitterness.

Sehr gutes IPA. 11/13/12/13/12/13

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. The beer pours a dark amber color with a white head. The aroma is heavy on the pine and resin, with some biscuit and orange citrus notes mixed in. The flavor is just as good. I get a lot of fruit: oranges, peaches and pineapples. I also get some resiny hops and some caramel malt. The beer’s bitterness is low to medium, but the hop flavor is very intense. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Bottiglia (label says 8.5%): Hazy, deep amber coloured, medium-sized stable and lacy head; distinctive piney-hoppy nose with a delicate sweet caramelly and balsamico-like background, followedy by very delicate hints of cacao; solid bitter-sweet flavour, full bodied; lingering dry hoppy and caramelly - traces of liquorice included - finish with a peppery aftertaste. Una birra grande.....

750mL courtesy of Bruno at the brewery! The pour is quite dark for DIPA- deep auburn amber with a sheen, rocky, isohumulone heavy head. Nice sheety lace. Aroma is toast, melon, toffee, brown sugar (gasp), rye, fennel. Taste is Special B malt, toast, rye bread, rustic malty. Palate is dry, bitter, bready.

Bottle. Dark brown beer with a nice lasting head. Hoppy floral aroma, grassy, fruity and with some citrus. Hoppy grapefruit flavor, alcohol, sweetish.
