Bottle. Dark brown beer with a nice lasting head. Hoppy floral aroma, grassy, fruity and with some citrus. Hoppy grapefruit flavor, alcohol, sweetish.

Bottle (75 cl) from bierkompass.de. Hazy mahogny, creamy beige head. Caramelly & fruity, with citric and piney hops. Medium bodied and smooth. Medium dry, medium bitterness.

Murky dark brown color, fluffy tan head. Fruity, bitter, hoppy, roasted scent. Roasetd, bitter taste. Fruity and bitter aftertaste. High to huge bitterness, medium mouthfeel.

Pours dark brown with huge tanned head leaving nice lace. Aroma is piny, grass, fruiy, caramel. Medium bw style mf. Sweet, malty, very hoppy, thin body, raisins flavor. Medium palate. Finishes very nice tart sweet longlived.

750 ml bottle (8,5% ABV). A hazy/cloudy medium to dark brown beer with a huge, frothy, creamy, lacing, mostly lasting beige head. The aroma is moderately malty, moderately to heavily hoppy, lightly yeasty. There are notes of caramel, toasted grain, resin, pine needles, grapefruit, licorice and alcohol.The flavour is moderately to heavily sweet, moderately sour, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium to full body, velvety/syrupy texture, lively carbonation, very long finish with moderate to heavy bitterness, moderately alcoholic, lightly abrasive. Very dark for the style and a sort of DIPA meets Barley wine. The malt is present in a very good and fair amount, but it’s almost overpowered by the massive hopping. Clean and absolutely not overly syrupy and sticky or abrasive. Aromatic with a long lasting and lingering bitterness. I liked it a lot.

Bottle. Dark brown, average and mostly diminishing light brown head. Moderate, malty and caramel sweetish aroma, fruitiness, piney and grapefruit hoppyness. Body is medium to full, malty and sweet flavor, piney and grapefruit hoppyness, some fruitiness and alcohol. Finish is average, malty and sweet, alcohol, some hoppyness and fruitiness. Sweet DIPA, alcohol is noticeable in the finish.

(bottle, 75cl) Hazy, dark amber colour with a beige and thick foamy head. Fruity and piney hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, grapefruit and a peppery spicy touch, accompanied by a tinge of toasted malt. Sweet-bitter flavour, full bodied with a mild carbonation. Earthy and slightly toasted malty taste with spicy, almost a bit ethereally notes and a rich hops character; sweet and moderately bitter, medium-dry finish with a rounded malty and hoppy aftertaste with spicy and almost vinous fruity notes. Bravo. 09.III.11

Alla spina a Rimini, poi in bottiglia da 75 condivisa con Gian. Una fantastica Imperial IPA, ambrata, resinosa, saporitissima. "Ai confini del luppolo"

Bottle@Home. Super hopped but not overwhelming. Wonderful balance between bitter and sweet. Accompanied with hoppy flavours as well as fruit and malts. Very nice.

Bottle from Bierkompass. Dark brown color with medium white head. Aroma, fruity, honey and spices. Taste, hops, citrus, spices. Nice grapefruit bitter finish. Nice beer.
