One of the best representative of Italian IPAs. Herby and resins aroma, medium body and color space between golden and amber with a white head. Amazing level of bitterness well balanced.

Pours a light, slightly cloudy amber, with a nice off-white head. Aroma of hoppy pine, faint citrus, nice malt, and chocolate. Vanilla and cocoa comes through in the mouth, nice bitter and sweet balance. Fucking great.

Sampled from a 0.75 L bottle. Low dense blond head. Hazy orangey-golden body. Inviting hop aroma. Floral and citrus-fruity, featuring oranges and tangerines. Light spice tones with some crisp malts in the back. Taste is balanced. Refined sweetness. Gently bitter with a clean, lightly toasted malt body. Well-bodied. Lasting fruity hop bitter ending. Good, indeed.

Probado en La Tape de Madrid. Color ambar, espuma blanca, persistente. Cuerpo medio con buen aroma a resina, albaricoque y pino, muy agradable. Sabor cremoso y frutal con la dosis perfecta de amargor y postgusto largo. Una gran pale ale sin duda.

Bottle from Vika enjoyed at home
Copper hazy, big cream colored head. Smells of citrus, peach, pineapple, other tropical fruits and malts. Taste is medium sweet, quite fruity, tropical fruity i must say :-) Nice malt tones in the back. Heavy bitter finish, alot of resins in the back. A very nice IPA. Love the tropical aspect. Nice balance if you can say that an IPA is balanced... Toccalmatto strikes me as a very interesting brewery. Must try more from them

75cl bottle at Håndverkerstuene. It poured a hazy dark orange colour with a small head. A US west coast IPA. Lots of bitterness, hops and tropical fruits. A short yet alcoholic sting. Flavour is more balanced and weaker than the aroma. Sweet with tropical fruits. More malty than hoppy. A lingering and bitter aftertaste.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2012 Bottled. Pours clear and deep golden with an average sized off-white head, that leaves a good lacing. Fruity nose of lemon, blackberries and some exotic fruit notes + caramel. Sweet fruity flavor that ends up nice bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft to average CO2. A lovely and very interesting IPA.★★★★

Bottle, bought @ Hop-Head.dk. Pours clear amber with a small, frothy, off-white head. Aroma has pleasant hops, resin, apricot, pine, tangerine, soft caramel. Low carbonation, dry and fairly creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has fresh orange zest hops, grapefruit, apricot. Very elegant ipa with lingering bitterness.

Pours hazy amber with a large, lasting head. Nose shows floral and herbal hops, lemon custard, tea notes and sweet lemon/lime confectionery. Similar lemon/lime, custard and herbal hops as flavours. Some sweet clean malt following along with a well-suited assertive bitterness. Could use some more carbonation.
