A hazy, orange beer with a big and white head. The great aroma that is strongly tropical. Lychee, gooseberries, papaiyas, some grapefruits and fructose. Taste is medium bitter and malty, the hops are dominating also tha taste. Gooseberries, grapefruits, black currant, some dill that is dominating the end. Medium bodied, nice carbonation. This beer is build to achieve the maximum aromatic nuancees and that is done succesfully, suits for me. Brilliant aroma.

January 23, 2015. On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas.
Dark golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet fruity with apricot, mango, citrus and some pine dill notes. Taste is light to medium sweet fruity with a dry lasting astringent grassy and herbal bitterness.

Adatta a grandi bevute!

Tap at Borefts Beer Festival 2014. Pours an almost clear golden with a small white head. Aroma really has that sorachi ace with mint, jenka bubble gum, dill, fresh weed, pear, peach, grass and some fresh earth (whatever that is). Taste is a little weaker with fresh dill, mint and fruits, but is just dominated by this japanese fucker. I like that hop though! Crisp and fresh beer.

Pours a hazy gold color with a tan head. The smell is tropical fruit, pine, roasted coconut. The taste is similar to the noise. Light+ body with very elegant carbonation. A nice brew.

Bottle share; Chelmsford AleHouse. I’m NOT a fan of Sorachi Ace but this is one of the best examples going! Very hazy orange colour. Sugar, pine and pith on aroma. Bubblegum. Taste is marzepan, papaya, orange tango, tart, pilth, dry, pineapple finish. Amazing for Sorachi Ace

Bottle, 750 ml brought by Ivan from Birraviva beer shop in Italy, shared with Miro. Pours hazy yellow orange with white head. Spicy citrus aroma. Great spicy and hoppy flavor, malty base. Nice bitter finish. Great one.

Orange color with white inch-thick head. Aroma is piney, citrusy, just a hint of the Sorachi Ace Dill. Taste is more pines, fruits, nice toasty malt body, decent bitterness. Crisp mouthfeel. Nothing too special, but well-balanced just like it should be.

Keg at Cherry Reds, Birmingham City Centre. Gold with white head. Served rather cold but there was a decent medium body, biscuity malts, some cereal then loaded with crisp, tropical hop notes, tangy and lasting. Bittering on the palate. Good stuff.

75cl bottle. Pours orange golden with a thick bubbly sticky white head. Aroma is sweet with a lot of tropical fruits, citrus, hops. Taste is similar with a lot of sweet and tropical fruit (mango, pineapple, melon, grapefruit) followed by a strong dry bitter hoppy finish with resin and citrus peel notes. Long vegetal bitter aftertaste. Medium body, watery mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Excellent.
