Ottima ipa, particolare! Aroma molto fruttato, come il sapore dve spicca anche un bell’ amaro forte e persistente che rimane come retrogusto! Rinfrescante, e bella da vedere con un’intenso arancione, e un bellissimo cappello di schiuma soffice non particolarmente persistente!

UPDATED: APR 13, 2013 Limpido color arancio chiaro con uno spesso cappello di soffice schiuma bianca. Aroma intenso di mango, ananas e ace, delicate note luppolate e floreali; gusto amarognolo e luppolato, leggermente agrumato nel finale. Retrogusto amaro che lascia la bocca pulita, struttura parzialmente acquosa ma piacevole e rinfrescante. Buona IPA, particolare!

Bottle from Bir&Fud What a really refreshing ipa this is, showcasing a very good use of the sorachi ace, making this ipa as fruity and hoppy as most, though with a very different and delicious hop profile. Body is hazy orange, with a big white lasting head. Hoppy aroma of tropical fruit, bubblegum and mild coconut, taste is really refreshing with the coconut and pineapple blending good with malt sweetness. Long rich bitterness. An excellent beer!

17/05/2011 Ma che siete venuti a fà (tap). Dorata carica, abbastanza torbida, con lieve cappello di schiuma morbida, cremosa, non molto persistente. Aroma intensissimo, fantastico, di frutta tropicale (mango), agrumato e appena floreale. In bocca è ben equilibrata, il luppolo non è mai troppo invadente e risulta davvero gradevole. Corpo medio, consistenza oleosa, carbonazione soft. Originalissima e molto gradevole, purtroppo non sempre all’altezza delle migliori cotte.

750 ml bottle. A lightly hazy pale to medium amber beer, with an average sized, frothy, very lightly lacing, mostly lasting white head. the aroma is lightly malty (toasted bread), moderately to heavily hoppy (grapefruit, grass, citrus), with notes of orange, mango, pineapple and all sort of tropical fruits. The flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, velvety/oily texture, average/lively carbonation, quite dry and very long finish with moderate bitterness (maybe a bit more), lightly alcoholic. Delightful, especially in the mouthfeel, which is all but sharp or scraping. Hop dominated nose (no wonder), nonetheless intriguing and exotic. One of the best Italian beers and among my favorite IPAs.

75cl bottle. Hazy orange liquid with medium white head. Nose : Tart, grapefruit and other citrus zest notes. Sip : Low to medium density with fluffy/creamy texture. The carbonation is tingling and very soft. Sweet tart notes are overpowered by fine bitter grapefruit and pine hops. Great balance. All together it makes a very fine brew. Nice one.

17-JUN-2012, draft @Un Mare di Birra. Unclear orange with lasting off-white head. Very hoppy grassy with grape fruit and pine. Taste is the same with a bit malty base. Fantastic IPA. Again Toccalmatto:-) IPA in Italy is the thing!

Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of NZ hops, sorachi, passion fruit, light apricot. Bitter fruity flavour, bitter finish with passion fruit notes.

At the "Expired Beer Tasting" at Dagan’s Place. Thanks troubles. Pours yellow to orange hazy with a nice head, aroma of prickly, carambola, guava some funky tones, flavor is bitter and slightly dry with pomelo and lemon skin, medium to full bodied, excellent
