Orange color with white inch-thick head. Aroma is piney, citrusy, just a hint of the Sorachi Ace Dill. Taste is more pines, fruits, nice toasty malt body, decent bitterness. Crisp mouthfeel. Nothing too special, but well-balanced just like it should be.

Keg at Cherry Reds, Birmingham City Centre. Gold with white head. Served rather cold but there was a decent medium body, biscuity malts, some cereal then loaded with crisp, tropical hop notes, tangy and lasting. Bittering on the palate. Good stuff.

75cl bottle. Pours orange golden with a thick bubbly sticky white head. Aroma is sweet with a lot of tropical fruits, citrus, hops. Taste is similar with a lot of sweet and tropical fruit (mango, pineapple, melon, grapefruit) followed by a strong dry bitter hoppy finish with resin and citrus peel notes. Long vegetal bitter aftertaste. Medium body, watery mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Excellent.

nez fruits tropicaux et citriques, amertume reste beaucoup en bouche, avec une belle rondeur et une douceur en bouche et un bon équilibre entre le malt et les houblons tant au niveau de goûts que de l’amertume, final assez sec et amer

Dark golden, white head. Aroma is intense hops. Sorachi ace dominating. very nice IPA, dry yet balanced. On a critical side l’ve got a light mushroomy-earthy aftertaste which I’m not fond of.

Keg at Borefts beer festival day 1 26/09/2014. Bright golden coloured pour with a nice sticky white head. Aroma is floral citrus lemon, lemon surbert. Flavour is nice sorachi like hop with coconut and floral citrus, and a bit of berry. Lovely. Palate is semi sticky on the tongue with moderate carbonation. Lingering nice tropical fruit pineapple and lychee. Really good stuff.

(Cask) 500 ml at Birra+. Dark gold/light orange, very hazy, with a big, fluffy and persistent off white head. Lovely and fresh hoppy nose, lots of spicy and resinous pine needles. A hint of citrus, white grapes and lemon as well. Very creamy and as expected juicy mouthfeel, zesty and grapefruity taste. The bitterness is not so huge but perfectly integrated. Subtle pale malts and caramel in the end. The aftertaste really lingers forever, I was still burping juicy hop notes an hour later! It feels also lighter and easier to drink compared to the keg or bottle version. Soft carbonation, light to medium body, creamy texture. Already one of my favourites Italian made IPAs, even better on cask. Wonderful.
