UPDATED: AUG 18, 2013 Bottle 75 cl. Color is hazy gold. Medium foam, Fruity aroma, sour yeasty taste, lengthy bitter but gentle final. Need another try to verify newly sourness and the disappointing yeasty taste.

On draft at Churchkey DC. Pours a hazy copper with a massive, slowly receding, off white head. Lots of lacing. Floral hop nose. Citrus and light floral notes. Light mouthfeel and mildly bitter finish. Super tasty.

Very interesting mix of international hops. Copper and hazy. Intensive and good balanced. Pineapple, exotic. Not so bitter. Dry. Good beer for a relaxing moment.

75cl bottle shared with a fellow Siebel student, thanks Matt! Pours a lightly hazed golden colored body with an inch thick, creamy and frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is really nice. White grapes, apricots, and grapefruits as well as some wood make up a fairly complex hopping. Grass and a light pine spicing help bring out a lightly sweetened toffee malt backing. Flavor is similar. Grassy and lightly spiced pines with a nice complex fruitiness. Grapefruits, white grapes, apricots, and peaches with a smooth, very lightly sweetened toffee malt backing. A light woodiness to the hops as well before this finishes clean, moderately bitter, lightly spiced and resiny, and fruity. Lengthy aftertaste following a smooth, medium body and a soft, moderate carbonation. Overall, a damn good IPA. A complex, fruity and spicy hopping goes very well with a soft, lightly sweetened malt backing. Great beer.
