definitely not the average witbier, interesting aroma, flowery with a touch of citrus/pear. typical witbier appearance, with sticky foam. sweet starter that goes on to a subtle bitterness. LOVE IT

15CL glass at Zythos Beer Festival. decent white beer with a hint of something different (the elderflowers)

Gebroken wit, wollig-luchtige schuimhoed. Grof wandklevend Troebel blond. Met maar grotere koolzuurbellen Geur; floraal, vlierbloesem, citrus- limoenfruitig Smaak; vrij flets begin, vlierbloesem, licht sprankelend aangenaam verfrissend, koriander en limoen fruitig, floraal, Citra hop, gistig, tarwe, licht alcoholisch, doet aan IPA denken Nasmaak; gistig, floraal van de vlierbloesem, verfrissend, licht alcoholisch, citra hop, limoen fruitig, koriander, heeft een lichte toets van een IPA. Gistig alcoholisch koriander einde.

This one was just what I was expecting from it. SImple, nothing interesting or outstanding. One to forget cause there is a lot better.

Bottle@Home. The aroma is OK, sweetish, floral. Looks like a boring Witbier. And guess what? It is a very boring Witbier. Pretty tasteless and thin as well.

33cl bottle from Geers, BB 09/2012. Dorée, col épais blanc et collant au verre. Arôme présente une touche de grains/froment, nez frais et fleuri de sureau. Palais présente un bel houblonnage, herbacé et fleuri avec un côté sec/grains, belle effervescence avec un aspect agrumes/citronné persistant et les fleurs de sureau qui donne une dimension bien agréable à cette bière. Un peu différent de ce que l’on trouve dans les blanches, et ici cela convainc.

(Bottled) Opaque yellow-orange with a medium, firm and lasting head. Very mild aroma with some wheat (not sour) and spices. Dry-sourish, slightly acidic wheat malt in the flavor, with some flowery spiciness. Medium body, somewhat foamy, not very refreshing. Not bad, but too acidic and dull, and not even refreshing beer.

0.33 l bottle at Tuulensuu, Tampere. Hazy golden color. Aromas of hay, lemon and hint of plastic. Dry perfumed and spicy flavor with tart elderberry, pepper and burnt plastic. Light bodied.

Bottle @home. Light hazy white yellow coloured beer iwth medium carbonation and a medium white head. Sweet fruity and light wheat herby aroma. Full light creamy palate. FInish is sweet bitter and light herby balanced with a longer dry herby ending. Not bad.

33cl bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy murky yellow, full sized white head. Smell malts, citrus and hops. Taste malts, a bit wet hops, grassy hops, blossom, lightly bitter. Very pleasant. Medium body, low to medium carbo.
