650 ml bottle. Pours a hzy gold with moderate head that settles quickly. Aromas of yeast, banana, and wheat. Flavors of bananas and dough with a bit of burnt spice. Nice carbonation. Quite nice, especially for the ABV of 4.5%.

(4oz glass) Sampled at the Great Canadian Beer Festival 2013. Cloudy brown amber with light frothy head. Nose slightly tart, wet cardboard. Flavour is suitable. I like the darker coloured considering the wheat base, must be unfiltered. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy yellow with an orange tint and small white head. Aroma brings out citrus, banana and some wheat. Flavour brings out loads of banana, lots of citrus notes and a little wheat. The banana dominates upfront, moving towards quite a citric mouthfeel later on. Easy drinking hef - decent stuff.

UPDATED: AUG 19, 2013 Pours led a hazy yellow with a big white foamy head. Aroma of banana esters and clove phenols... A wonderful balance between the two. The taste was much of the same a really good balances between the cloves and the banana esters with slight spiciness to it. It is a lite light on the palate otherwise a nice hefe.

Sampled at brewery in Tofino. Pours a hazy yellow gold with pillowy off white head. Subtle clove and banana, extremely fresh and clean aroma. Taste is good, those classic heffe notes are there but it’s not overwhelming. Delicate and thirst quenching. Very good.
