Amber colour, thin head, bright fresh tree hops, the body has a bit of fizziness, with a decent amount of hops, fresh citrus and just, balanced IPA.

From a bottle pours golden honey with off white head that thins with some lacing. Tangerine nose makes way to carbonated zing on the palate with a nice refreshing dose of hops in the aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

650 ml bottle. Pours a dark clear copper with full head. Aromas of pink grapefruit, tropical fruit, rubber, and toasted malts. Flavors of pine and grapefruit juice. Long bitter finish.

Recommended by Crit, and I thank him for that!

A 650 ml bomber from 8th St Liquor Store in New Westminster. New labeling compared to the displayed image, with a boost in ABV to 7.5. A beautiful somewhat cloudy orange in color with a golden creamy head. Big bitter hop on the nose. Bitter and citrus hop on the tongue. A bit sweet about mid-swill, but a bitter finish. A very robust, hop-forward imperial IPA. A winner!

Poured from 650mL bottle. Clear, orangey yellow with white head. Medium hop aroma mixed with bready caramel malt. Same taste. Mild bitterness, light-medium body. Flavours balance well, but little ’safe’ (read: a bit boring).

Purchased from the brewery in Tofino. Looks great - copper orange. Smooth hops flavour if that makes sense. Doesn't have the bitter bite to it. Citrus notes on the nose. A good IPA worth trying. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Boldly hopped IPA. Malt side has a caramel-like sweetness up front, but it quickly morphs into crackers and toasted bread, and any lingering sweetness is quickly clipped away by a strong, plant-like bitterness. In the middle is where this beer really sings, as it gives off some great hop flavors of flowers and fruit (grapefruit, mango, lemon).

Lagerboy (1073) - British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 18, 2013
Bomber. Mostly clear orange copper, foamy off-white head settles and eventually fades. Aroma is fresh and fruity, pine and citrus. Lots of delicious fruit flavors, grapefruit, tropical and citrus, some evergreen, balanced nicely with not too sweet caramel malt. Average carbonation, medium bodied, more aggressively hopped. Lingering light bitterness. Goes down real easy for 7.5 %. Beauty and fruity PNW/IPA but still: NFL (Not For Lagerboys)
