A clean, crisp blonde ale with a light malt body and earthy, flowery hops. Pretty much a one way ticket to Cold One City.

Tried it first onsite at the brewery in a tasting glass. Once home I tried in a 35cl glass and what a difference. Far better experience. This blonde is full of flavour. The malt is there. Yes the carbonation is light, but itís a blonde. I absolutely love that their beer is unfiltered. IMO it makes the appearance richer and more appealing. Itís quite drinkable, goes down easy.

Bottle, shared with Rockley. Hazy dull gold, lively white head. Yeasty, phenolic, and fruity-- in that order. Not a great blonde ale, too much plastic and band-aid.

Bomber. Clear honey yellow, white foam vanishes completely. Mild sweet malt aroma. Taste is not too sweet malt, some citrus, lightly bitter hoppiness. Soft to flat carbonation, yet surprisingly tasty makes it: MLF (More Lagerboy Friendy) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Iíve gotta rate more locals! Failing at my responsibility recently. Bomber. Pours gold, not much head. Light malt aroma. Malt taste, a bit of biscuit. Somewhat estery, sadly. I like the crispness in this style but didnít really get it here.

On tap at shelter restaurant in tofino. Pours a hazy golden orange color with a medium white head. Aroma of pale malts, grass and flowery hop esters. Taste is sweet pale malts, cereal and earthy hops and a nice crisp and clean finish. Lite hop bitterness to it that suits the style nice easy drinking sessionable blonde ale.

Sampled during VCBW 2012 at the Salt Building in Vancouver, pouring a clear golden color with a thin spotty lacing. Mild grassy hop aroma with some malty sweetness and light hoppy bitterness in the taste. Light bodied with mild carbonation. A decent brew for what it is and goes down easy, could easily down a few pints of this stuff in an evening.

Nothing "bad" about this beer but not a lot that really stands out. Pale clear amber in appearance with a nose that struggles to communicate much of anything. Smells like your average beer. Taste is decent for the style with a crisp character - quite thirst quenching!
