A bright copper coloured pale ale with a toasty malt base balanced with west coast hops. Its light to medium body and clean, dry finish gives this full-flavoured ale dangerously inviting drinkability.

Not sure why this is a Session beer. Alcohol same as any ale with high side of malts. From the bottle. Pours cloudy dark amber, was expecting a little tone. Smaller head, little lacing. Smell is malty with burnt caramel and sweetness. Taste is malt forward, bland watery middle and a hop bitter sweet finish. Great if you like malty beer, not my thing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught at The Alibi Room. Clean amber with a thin head. Aroma is medium caramel. Flavor is zesty caramel, a little fizz on the tongue. Dry nutty caramel finish.

Darker than I expected, so it was a pleasant surprise. I prefer darker to lighter. I don’t have a problem with this as a session beer. Fully diminishing head, light maltiness, and with hints of caramel. Not memorable but not bad. I’ll drink it again.

Bottle, brought back for me by a colleague/friend. Medium amber brown, nice soapy head. There are toasty and fruity elements here that clash a little, the fruit being more like ripe banana than anything. It wasn’t bad, but certainly muddled, and not my idea of a session ale (flavour wise).

Bomber. Pours light brown, small white head. Nose of... chocolate malt? Some floral hops, biscuit. Flavour is more chocolate malt, biscuit, caramel. Finish is more sweet than bitter. Half-way to a brown but Lowest Common Denominator for both styles. Will appeal to some tastes but not mine, a very muddled beer. I feel like an ass.

Pours a clear amber color with a nice off white head. Aroma of caramel, bread and some floral hops. Taste is caramel, cereal and the some what imbalanced by a big hop bitterness on the finish. I like it due to the strong hop presence but in the benefits a bit too imbalanced.

First off, opinions may be skewed, it’s hot and humid out, this beer was much needed. Pours brown with a good head. Malty aroma and the first taste I get is malts which then turns hoppy. Moderately enjoyable

Couleur ambrée avec une petite mousse beige. L’arôme de malt, un peu de caramel et houblon. Le goût est de malt avec un peu de caramel et une finale d’houblon.

Clear medium copper, small lasting creamy tan head leaves decent stepped lacing. Muted sweet malt aroma. All sweet toasted caramel malt up front, then an unappealing earthy, dirty grassy hop presence kicks in... eventually achieving some sense of balance. Average carbonation, light-medium bodied, lightly hopped. Dry earthy finish. NFL (Not For Lagerboys)
