Not very good either, a little soft and flavorless, but not discusting at all.

Cask Conditioned at The Falkland Arms, Great Tew, Oxon.
Orange amber in colourwith tight white head. Fruity bright bitter, quite lemony and dry initially with an underlying, dark roasted malt flavour. Hoppy simple finish, a most drinkable beer.

Cask handpull at Crosse Keys JDW, London. Deep copper in colour with thin beige head. Earthy citric hop aroma. Good malts in mouth, which take on the darkish side. Finish crries on this grapefruit/lemon hop trend with a mix of choc. Never gets sweet though. Really accomplished bitter

Cask (Metropolitan, London)
Rich brown, loose head. Full bodied - plenty of both malts and noble hops. Slightly earthy, slightly nutty. Solid English bitter.

Cask at the Three Nuns, Loughborough. Amber coloured with creamy white head. Hoppy with nice underlying maltiness. Sort of get the coffee referred to in the commercial description. Quite good.
