Tastes like it would be served at a ballpark. Got a pint in the ATL airport. Nice deep color. Very brown. Vaguely reminiscent of a brown ale actually. Not hoppy. Simple.

Not bad for AB. A good amber similar to Yuengling but a little sweeter. Perfect for some Georgia Bulldog ball cap tip-it-on-back-to-me-nah-nah-nah

Before craft beer was available at Turner Field, Tomahawk was my jam. Virtually scentless. Pours a very pale brown. Honestly, this is just a sweet mess. More carbonation would probably help to mask how utterly average this beer tastes Draft - Turner Field - Atlanta, GA

On tap at the Braves bar at the ATL airport. Pours a brown amber color. Not much of a head. Aroma of alcohol and malts. Fizzy mouth feel.

On draught @ The Chop House. Poured an decent looking amber with just a small head. Aroma was of caramel malts and some bread. Flavors were a bit subdued but pleasant. A bit of sweetness from the caramel malts. Drank smooth, well carbonated. Given the bleak selection at Braves games this is the way to go.

When I heard this beer was from Anheuser-Busch I was skeptical. But since it’s only served at Turner Field in the Chop House I had to try it. I was pleasantly surprised. Came out of the tap a medium deep amber color with a slightly off white head. Roasted/earthen aroma with a hint of almond. Pretty decent mouth feel, being fresh helps a ton. Nice bitter taste with an after taste of slight honey. Overall I really enjoyed it for what it is and I will definitely have it again at the next game!!

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
On draught at Chophouse in plastic cup. Pours a deep copper with ample foamy crown that has very decent retention and leaves lots of fingery lacing on the plastic cup. Aroma is malty, with toffee and some some adjunct on the nose (either corn or rice), with only a slight hint of grassy hops, but a slight EtOH burn. Flavour is sweet malt, a bit of roasted character, close to toffee, and finishes cleanly with a semi-dry hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is creamy with moderate carbonation that is sufficient to bring out hop flavours in the mouth without overpowering the malt character of the beer. The only beer I can drink at Turner Field. Unfortunately I have only found two locations in the ballpark that sell this beer, one of them being the Chop House and the other one a stand on the lower level of the right field terrace. I’m sure they have this elsewhere, like the 755 Club but they should distribute it more throughout the stadium!!!

Sept. 19, 2008. Braves vs. Mets. Draft, $6.50 / pint. Pours copper color, creamy head. Aroma of malts. Initial flavors were of honeydew melon. Wow. Then it continued to taste like any old amber ale. Sweet malt character, woody hop finish. The best thing Turner Field has to offer. The beer was definitely better than the game. Braves lost 9-5.

Draft at the 755 club at Turner Field. I went out on a limb and tried the only thing on draft I had never heard of and was pleasantly surprised. Poured a deep orange/amber (hard to tell in the plastic pint glass they gave me) with a pillowy white head. Mostly sweet malt and corn in the nose but some caramel and slight notion of a hop showed up at some point. Body was mostly sweet malts throughout with an off-dry finish. Good carbonation, very drinkable, a no-brainer for Turner Field’s draft list. Surprised this is an AB product.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft at Turner Field. Pours a clear copperish-amber color with a foamy, off-white head. Left some thick lacing behind on the plastic cup it was served in. The aroma is pretty non-descript, showing mostly lightly toasted caramel malts and faint floral hops. Flavors were mostly the same, with perhaps a touch of spiciness from the hops coming through. Thin bodied with a surprisingly smooth, almost nitrogenated mouthfeel. Definitely the best option at the ball park, and better than most AB products, but still pretty boring overall.
