3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Roasty and heavy, a lot better than other beers from same brewery. Gets you tipsy in no time and hammered a lot sooner than one would expect. Decent beer.

3.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A very good, rich, velvety beer that defies easy description. Aroma is strangely off-hopped but beyond that, the head is thick, almost creamy; the beer itself has a rounded, full character at mid-taste, with some touches of caramel sweetness and some of roasted stout, though malt predominates; and the finish is (sadly) a bit too bitter and hoppy. Still quite clearly worthwhile, and a very nice surprise from a Croatian macro.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at Mea Culpa, Dubrovnik. Dark brown body with ruby highlights and a thin beige head. Lively carbonation. Very faint lacing. Aroma of raisin, plum, roasted malts and a hint of dark chocolate. Flavour of prunes, flat Coca-Cola, cherry and a Belgian style finish - pepper and spice. Thin body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Easy drinking for the ABV and quite complex.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Splitissä pullosta 6/2015. One could maybe argue if it is a baltic porter or not, good beer anyway.

500 ml bottle @ Buzz Bar, Dubrovnik. Pours a dark brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma of roastiness, some licorice notes and bread. Flavour of rich roastiness, syrup, tar, licorice and quite nice bitterness. Full bodied. Definitely the best Croatian beer, so far...

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle 0,5l. Clear, brown colored beer. Aroma of dark fruits, caramel, toasted malts, alcohol. Flavor of toasted caramel and roasted grains in finish, moderately sweet, but somewhat empty, a bit harsh alcohol notes.
Not so good as I expected.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle 0,5l from Interspar Zagreb. Dark brown body, medium beige head. Warming aroma of alcohol, dark fruits, toasted malt. Taste is sweet at the first, next dry with roasted bitterness on the finish. Spices, peppermint, alcohol, toasty. Medium to full body, medium carbonated.
Not bad, but unbalanced. The distinctive taste of alcohol is disrupting.
