1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottle: Unpleasant sour grassy aroma. Pours a pale yellow with a fizzy white head that diminishes quickly. Very weak and watery flavor. Just a light malt skunk finish and thatís it. Thin. 0-2 today.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance: Suspicious explosive head formation going on here. What a fucking mess. And we’re within the best before time line. The drain is on stand-by! Clear, yellow body with, again, a monstrous, foamy white head.
Smell: Pale malts with a mixture of floral and sweetish honey notes.
Taste: Pale maltiness with a honeylike sweetness to it. Floral, lightly spicy hop character with a rather mild bitterness. Sip of cold spring water. Finishes crisp and a bit sweetish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-high carbonation.
Drinkability: It’s OK. A rather acceptable lager all except the mess and subsequent clean-up. Would make for refreshing summertime drinking or a good candidate for a lawnmower beer, in that I will drink it out on my porch while the apartment’s landscaping crew maintains the grass. Work on, workers!

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
An ordinary, easy to drink lager. Its best quality is its lack of flaws, but this goes along with lack of flavor and aroma.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
The aroma is floral and has lots of malt as well as wheat beer like spice. The appearance is lightly hazed gold with a medium head. The flavor is malty and lightly bitter with some herb bread. The aftertaste is slightly spicy with some citrus. The palate is thin but ok for the style. This is a somewhat light but underrated beer.

12oz bottle from Mother Lode sampler. Pale yellow color, big off-white head. Slight floraly hops taste, mixed in that gives this an interesting enough aroma. Lemony. Lightly bitter up front, sour finish.

1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Poured a murky, yellowish gold with little white head. Spciy, slightly malty aroma with a twinge of hops. Flavor is spicy, wheaty and a little off. Funny flavor finish, funny mouth feel. Not very appetizing.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz bottle. Hazy thin yellow-white color. Patchy, soapy head. Mellow inoffensive golden malt aroma. Clean mouthfeel, very refreshing. Mild malt sweetness and a nice crisp hop balance. Light bodied, but enjoyable enough for what it is. Not really a traditional lager in my opinion, more like an improved upon macro lager taste. Not so exciting but mellow and easy.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Stinky, musty lemony aroma. Clear. Label looks like it was drawn by a math club geek sitting out gym class. All thatís missing is the notebook paper lines. Brothy and tart. Funky, metallic and underbittered. Astringent, pie crust finish - greasy, pasty and bland. You know, you only get to input your 1729th rating once, and I had to go and blow it on this beer!

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Nice yeasty smell, almost like rising bread or somthin. Some gunk on the bottom leads to an attractive hazy swirling pour. Almost wheat-beerish in appearance. Has more bite than a pale lager. Tries to come on like a pale ale but never quite gets there. Some carbonation, just enough for a creamy sensation on the palate, could use more. On the finish the medium hop bite fades into something a little more gentleman-like. Perhaps a little better than I expected but after all, it is a lager.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Wow. A lager with a large billowing sustainable white head, havent seen that too often. Hazy yellow body with some impressive lacing. Nose is lightly citrus and clean. Flavor is lemon and lightly grainy. Subtle hop profile in the finish with a metallic tanginess. Medium light body with moderate carbonation. If I didnt know any better, Id say they bottled a hefe with the wrong label! But pretty decent as far as a lager goes...
