There is a very nice large white, frothy head that has decent retention and very nice lacing. Aroma is slightly floral and sort of fruity and a bit earthy. Flavor is sort of citrusy and nice subtle lemon flavors at the end. It could be a bit bolder. It is nice and easy on the palate and very drinkable. Not my favorite but not something I would pour down the drain.

| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Oct 28, 2009 Another loser from the mixed pack. Poor example of a wheat beer. Lack of flavor, character, and body. This might be the worst in the bunch emacgee (1892), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Oct 19, 2009 Pours clean translucent light amber until the slurry is poured, adds some haze. Profuse creamy white head. Nose is strange, definitely a clean yeast, some wheat character, no estery aspect. Mild sweetness, green apple skins, mild fruityness, bready. Flavor is bleh, very bland, some wheat character, grassy, mild sweetness. No carbonation on the palate, kind of slick.
