12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow with slight orange hues. There is a very nice large white, frothy head that has decent retention and very nice lacing. Aroma is slightly floral and sort of fruity and a bit earthy. Flavor is sort of citrusy and nice subtle lemon flavors at the end. It could be a bit bolder. It is nice and easy on the palate and very drinkable. Not my favorite but not something I would pour down the drain.

Pours a hazy light amber with a small white head. Light aroma of lemon, spices, caramel and some wheat. A thin flavor of lemon, yeast and wheat. Almost no aftertaste, a boring beer.

Dec 14, 2009 This was a very average and watery wheat beer. I didnt taste anything special in the form of hops or malting. Very bland and almost watery.

Nov 29, 2009 Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy pale amber colour with a low creamy white head. Weak aroma of bakers yeast pears and caramel. Lightt-bodied with clean notes of yeast and mild lemon. Short finish with touches of bakers yeast, lemon and caramel.

Aroma, of wheat, lemongrass and yeast. Hints of malt.
Flavor, malty presence, lemongrass, medium carbonation, sweet wheat palate, some hints of yeast. Wheat / malt more forward followed by lemon finish.

Oct 19, 2009 Pours clean translucent light amber until the slurry is poured, adds some haze. Profuse creamy white head. Nose is strange, definitely a clean yeast, some wheat character, no estery aspect. Mild sweetness, green apple skins, mild fruityness, bready. Flavor is bleh, very bland, some wheat character, grassy, mild sweetness. No carbonation on the palate, kind of slick.
