Bottle. Pours hazy golden thin white head. Aroma of berry fruits, similar to a champagne. Flavor is quite sweet. Medium thin body, highly carbonated, tart/sour finish. Not my favorite style and not as good as others in this style.

Sample at Great British Beer Festival 2014, London. Hay pale yellow/golden beer with a decent white head. Hoppy citrus aroma, grassy, hay, some perfume. Fruity hop flavor, caramel, hay, some spicy notes. A bit odd.

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Hazy gold beer, few white bubbles for a head. Light smooth palate, semi dry with light fine carbonation. Twangy light sourness. Apple led orchard fruits. Very light spice. Light tangy finish. Interesting saison.

Gravity at GBBF 2014. Poured a cloudy yellow, with no head. Aroma of honey, fresh fruit and mango. Flavour was slightly metallic and rather light; a little citrus and sweet orange. Finish was flowery with some copper and boiled sweets.

Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Bottle shared. Slightly hazy a bit weird pale yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, slightly hops, yeasty, some fruityness but it reminds me of overripe pineapple which is not really nice imo. Average body and carbonation. Hmm not really my thing I guess.

Cask - Over ripe apricot and other sweet esters. Clearish gold with almost no head. Lots of fruity esters and a long sweet finish. Tastes like old juice.

Cask gravity at the 2014 GBBF. Aroma is floral, sweet honeysuckle, sweet wheaty dough grains, subdued dausion yeast. Slightly meaty. Golden yellow coloured pour with no head. Flavour is flabby wheat and sweet orange, some spicy lingering flavours . palate is doughy and flabby. Not a nice saison.

Bottle poured into a pint glass. Classic looking light beer. Perfect amount of head. Sweet and sour, everything one would expect from a craft saison, but nothing exceptional by any means. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Standard saison - not bad. Clear yellow. Spice, yeast, fruit. Tarter finish. Fine light mouthfeel. Okay stuff.
