3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Honey color with almost no head. Baked apple scents with a bit of clove as well. Nice malt sweetness ends with a light, tart yeast funk. Light bodied, with just enough carbonation to make itself known. Notes of orange on the finish.

Gravity at GBBF 2014. Poured a cloudy yellow, with no head. Aroma of honey, fresh fruit and mango. Flavour was slightly metallic and rather light; a little citrus and sweet orange. Finish was flowery with some copper and boiled sweets.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Bottle shared. Slightly hazy a bit weird pale yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, slightly hops, yeasty, some fruityness but it reminds me of overripe pineapple which is not really nice imo. Average body and carbonation. Hmm not really my thing I guess.

2.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottle poured into a pint glass. Classic looking light beer. Perfect amount of head. Sweet and sour, everything one would expect from a craft saison, but nothing exceptional by any means.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Nose is yeast, spices and some fruitiness. Very creamy on the palate, the taste is plum, apricot, banana, with some yeast and spices flavors, and finishes with some sourness. Very sessionable beer and a great accompaniment to most deli sandwiches.
