12 oz. bottle pours an amber-ruby color with a mild malty aroma. Caramel front palate with a bready middle and finish of malt with mild hops. Not too complex but easy to drink, easy to pair and worth drinking again.

Jul 15, 2008 This is a pretty standard amber-style lager. There’s nothing really oustanding about it. It had a nice light amber color, but had a thin off-white head. The head left a little lacing around the glass. The aroma was a little malty with some flowery notes. The flavors were quite mild, but smooth. Some of the notes included a bit of hops, bread and grains. The finish was a little dry and flavorful, with additional notes of hops and malt. Overall, this was a very decent amber lager, but nothing too outstanding.

Jun 25, 2008 Slight fruity nose and mild spicy hops. Rich amber color, medium head. Full malty sweetness, light fruit and spicy hop (Tettnang?) with mild bitterness. Light to medium body, good carbonation, soft fruity and floral finish. Tasty Dark Lager, was a nice easy drinker.

Jun 18, 2008 Pour is slightly hazed ruby amber with a thin off white head...smell is lightly sweet and grainy....taste is sweet and grainy....blech.

Jun 14, 2008 Bottle from a sampler. Reddish amber pour with almost no head. Sweet grainy aroma with notes of lime, toffee and maybe a little coconut. Very grainy taste with some off flavors. Caramel and citrus notes. Thick mouthfeel.
