3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle, orange, cloudy, frothy head, slight hoppy/grass hops, some aroma of caramel malts maybe. light sweetness, sweeter than most ipa’s, lightly bitter, medium body, slight bitter. A decent ipa, maybe if they tweek this a little, has the potential to be a great one.

3.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Smells much better than the flavor. The hops are there but are strangely a bit soapy. This beer is okay but isn’t memorable at all.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Decent enough IPA. Subdued grapefruit nose. Highly carbonated, crisp mouthfeel with more citrus and some hoppy flavors. A very malty style with a shorter finish.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Hazy orange color with a sticky off white head. Faint citrus hop nose. Strong grapefruit rind and apricot flavors with a strong bready backbone. Long grapefruit finish. Pretty standard IPA.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Somewhat hazy golden beer with a nice lasting offwhite head. Hoppy bready fruity aroma, citrus, milky, grapes, grapefruit, caramel, perfume. Hoppy creamy flavor, hay, bready, citrus, grapefruit. Not totally clean and lacking some of the fruits I like to find in an IPA.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Standard amber color, quiet and still, with virtually no head. The aroma is like an approachable stranger, just nice enough to make you willing to keep talking, but not overwhelming enough to scare you away. This drinks with a straight-down-the-pipe AIPA character, fruity and acidic, tangy and bubbly, too. (#4768, 8/5/2012)

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
A fairly balanced IPA. Certainly lots of hops, but a toffee like, malty base is there as well. Full finish.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Ty's house. Pine nose and medium body. Sweet citrus overtones with too much pine shining thru. Slightly below average ipa but still drinkable.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Head is initially average sized, frothy, off-white, mostly lasting.
Body is medium amber.
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (caramel, grain/husks), moderately hoppy (resin), with light notes of celery and detergent.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter, slightly husky.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic.
Kind of plain with some dirty/rough edges, but a bit better than normal for this brewery.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz. bottle- Pours hazy dark golden with a thin off white head. The aroma is piney hops and sweet malt. The taste is dirty dishwater malty, hops, not my style of IPA, I like more hoppy and less malty. Body is a little thin. Average.
