2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
bottle from Gingerman to enjoy Patriots vs Ravens game at home. Pours deep mahogany with no head to speak og. Aroma is very faint especially for a pumpkin beer just the light typically spicing. Tastes of nutmeg, cinnamon, light pumpkin, cardboard, malt, but all of these are extremely subdued. Palate is very thin and this just lacks any um ph or excitement.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours dark brown with a thin white head. Aroma is molasses, pumpkin, nutmeg and caramel. Taste is sweet with some spicy undertones. Medium bodied with some stickiness. I thought this was pretty solid, the pumpkin came through more as it warmed and this was seasoned appropriately.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pretty typical as far as most pumpkin beers go. It added uninspiring doses of nutmeg and cinnamon and molasses to an otherwise uninspiring base marzen. Not bad, but just nothing crazy. Didnít really pick up any pumpkin either.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A darker pumpkin beer but i feel like it nails pumpkin pie pretty well. Gues this is just how my grams makes it.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dark amber beer with a thin off white head. NIce spicey nose with burnt sugar, nutmeg and cinnimon notes. Thin beer, with lots of water in the taste. Molassess sweetness with some burnt sugar, nutmeg, cinnimon and pie crust. Really too watery, but the flavor is right for a pumpkin beer.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Head is initially small, frothy, light brown, mostly diminishing.
Body is dark amber-brown.
Aroma is lightly malty (cookie), with a strong note of nutmeg, a note of cola, and a light note of pumpkin.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter, slightly unclean.
Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
The nose is dominated by nutmeg and thus it smells pleasant enough...there arenít really any off notes, but I certainly wish it was more interesting. Ditto in the mouth...simple and only a slightly foul aftertaste (perhaps due only to overspicing). Probably the weakest point is the mouthfeel, which is quite thin and watery. Itís certainly not trying very hard to stand out, but thankfully itís not offensive either.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Darker than the average pumpkin beer, which is enticing at first glance. Mild spicy aroma that fades quickly. Taste, lacking in all departments.
