3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
THOUGHTS: Decent beer, but I don’t know if I would have guessed it was a pumpkin beer. Flavorful and easy to drink, but a little watery in body.
TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured a medium brown with red highlights when held to light and an average, tan head that kept a decent sheet and left fair lacing.
The aroma had moderate caramel, molasses, chocolate and roasted malts; light herbal hops; hints of pumpkin pie spices; cola, slight sour pumpkin and vegetal pumpkin. The initial flavor was moderately sweet and slightly bitter; while the finish was heavily sweet, slightly sour and lightly bitter with a short duration. Overall, it was a little watered down. There was molasses, caramel, roasted malts, cola, and a little sour pumpkin. The medium body was watery with soft, yet tingly carbonation and a dry and lightly astringent finish.

Very light, easy smooth pumpkin beer. Really easy to enjoy. The spices are more akin to those in a pie, taking a backseat to the body of it

Aroma: some sweet spice, pumpkin,
Taste: light sweetness, subtle pumpkin, kind of bland,
Palate: light mouthfeel, average carbonation, minimal sweet aftertaste
Overall: this is a session pumpkin beer, kind of has some notes of an amber, not bad but could use more flavor

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a deep amber-reddish-orange mahogany color with a tiny fizzy white head. The head fades rather fast to leave just a trace of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is strong of spice smells with a whole lot of coriander, clove, and nutmeg. Other moderately strong aromas of a roasted pumpkin and some cinnamon are there as well, with these mixing with a hint of a vanilla and caramel sweetness, to bring a very pleasant and spiced pumpkin puree smell.
Taste- The taste begins with a roasted pumpkin and bready flavor that has a little bit of caramel sweetness. The spice flavors of coriander, cinnamon, and nutmeg are strong upfront, with these and some clove getting even more potent as the taste advances. All the while, the roasted pumpkin gets a little stronger as some light vanilla flavors join the taste. In the end, molasses and some brown sugar tastes come to the tongue, leaving one with a roasty pumpkin pie flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel-The body of the brew is on the slightly thinner side for a pumpkin ale while the carbonation level that is rather low. The lower carbonation is very nice for the roasted pumpkin flavors of the brew, but a little more body would have given a little more chewiness overall. In the end the feel was alright overall.
Overall – A fairly nice “lighter” pumpkin ale. At only 5 % abv. it packs a good deal of flavor, making it a nice pumpkin brew to sip from time to time while watching a good football game.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 oz bottle The ale poured a cloudy brown to amber color smallish head that disappeared. The aroma of cinnamon and nutmeg greet you. The ale has flavors of spice, roasted pumpkin, and toffee. The ale had a light body with a soft carbonation. The finish had a sweet spicy conclusion. Not my style.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
A- Pumpkin pie, spices, cinnamon nutmeg, molasses.
A- Brown color, hazy liquid, tan head.
T- Spice, malty.
P- Medium body, thin texture, average carbonation, spiced watery finish.
O- Decent amount of spice and even real smelling pumpkin pie but the taste was lacking. Pretty malty and one dimensional without much of the aroma transferring over onto the palate.
