Sep 5, 2008 Cask (Cayo Arms,Cardiff) - Golden in colour with a small white head. Lemon in the aroma with a grapefruit and lightly tart hint. Refreshing lightly hoppy taste with lemon and a twist of grapefruit and pineapple. Not bad at all.

Mar 30, 2008 [Sampled in Cardiff 2007]. Orange with a small head. Aroma of straw and caramel. Citric flavours along with some toffee and biscuits. Nothing revolting.

Feb 10, 2008 Golden colour, quite heavily carbonated. Light, floral notes, very drinkable session ale.
Rastacouere (5328), Montréal, Quebec, Canada
Oct 3, 2007 Clearest pale yellow body, almost headless. Very mellow flavoured. Light floral hops are paired with grainy and kinda vegetal malts. Unclean, grainy-astringent and herbal finish that persists. Unenjoyable as is the case with most Welsh beers… but their ciders are spectacular.

Sep 11, 2007 Cask @ GBBF 2007, London. Clear dark yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtually none, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, light yeasty, sour dishcloth. Flavor is light to moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.
