Bottle: Pasteurised.
Ingredients: Floor malted barley and wheat, Goldings and Cascade whole hops, finished with Fuggles.
Cwrw Hâf is our immensely popular summer ale. Very light in colour and character. A refreshing citrus palate with a fruity aromatic hop. This makes for a great summer drink.

Bottled, 500ml from Stans Nisa, Llangollen, Wales. Orange amber with white head. Initially there is a soft wet cardboard note, highish carbonation, slightly earthy then a boiled malt note. This gets drier as the beer develops on the palate, some fruitiness. Not one I would go back to, but ok.

50cl bottle from Caerdydd. Floral, citrusy hops. Fresh grass and leaves. Golden clear pour with frothy head. Medium sweet with a lot of hoppy bitterness. Very fruity, a lot of lemon and lime to the taste. Light boddy for a golden ale, thin texture, lively carbonation and pleasant bitter/tangy finnish. This beer has surprisingly intense hops bitternes, and very multifarious taste to it, despite it watery body. I’d love to try it on tap someday. I heared that Tomos Watkin Brewery has an excelent selection, and this beer is a good example to start from.
