Bottled. Cloudy golden with a small white head. Malt and grain and some citrus in the aroma. Thin, grainy flavour.

It is slightly hazy, warm golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of fruit, citrus and caramel. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of loads of fruit, citrus, peach, delicious caramel and the finish is dry and slightly bitter. It is very well balanced and delicious to drink.

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Light malæty and heavy hoppy aroma. Grassy and flowery notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Average nice moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Aroma is quite lovely, earthy pale malt, some woody hops, resin and slightly spicy with some bitter orange hop flavour as well. Flavour is well balanced and fairly hoppy, with earthy/spicy aromatics. Marmalade-like fruitiness over lean crisp malts. Fairly perfumy as well.

Small white head over deep grain-golden beer. Very grainy, near chaff-like aroma, but some whiffs of typical UK hops. Rather sweet, malty taste, even maize-like. Hops are virtually untraceable in the taste. Gets honey, even jam-like. Water MF, despite the slickness from all the unfermented sugars. Very ho-hum ale. Interesting, but nothing more. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet malty, caramel and light hoppy - flowers and fruit. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. A bit watery. 030710

Bottle. Golden with a small head. Aromas are caramel malts with sweet wheat and lemon. Quite fresh and fruity. Flavours are sweet caramel malts with lemon and apricot. Has a nice sweet wheatiness. Hoppy and moreish on the finish. Refreshing and easy to drink. A good Summer beer.

bottle, Tesco Pont-y-pŵl. Deep dark gold colour, nearly amber with a small touch of foam on top. Hoppy nose. Medium-bodied, solid malty background with lots of perfumy-floral hop flavours and hints of lemon zest and orange. A good summer beer.

500ml bottle brought back from Cardiff and shared with CinnamonGirl and Finn in Tromsø.
Unclear, light orange body. Medium white head. Poor in aroma apart for some wheaty notes. Pleasant, but fragile flavour of succulent fruits and herbal hops. Moderate finishing bitterness. Easy to quaff and certainly a session beer for the summertime (18.04.2007).
