Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
A richly coloured premium cask conditioned bitter with a distinct malty, fruity palate combined with a slightly floral hop. Bronze medalist at the CAMRA Great British Beer Festival 1999 and Runner-up at the CAMRA Champion Ale of Wales 1999.

Cask at GBBF08. Good fruity aroma. Clear amber colour. The flavour is nicely malty with a hint of caraway seed. OK malty finish, not so bitter.

Cask (Cayo Arms,Cardiff) - Amber in colour. Lightly fruity aroma with biscuity malt notes. Lightly fruity taste with moderate bitterness. Not bad but could be better.

Cask. Low off-white lasting head. Clear brown body. Mild fruity sweet aroma and flavor. A bit watery, some bitterness. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste.

Cask@GBBF2008. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity hops, mild grass and some hints of yeast. flavour is slightly fruity, leathery and also has some slight ashes and wood in it. Dry finish.

[Sampled in Cardiff 2007]. Hazy orange with a dense head. Fruity aroma of orange and nice malty flavours balanced by a fruity hoppiness that has a metalic bite.
