Tomos Watkin proudly presents our newest addition to our Award Winning ales... Tomos Watkin Premier. Tomos Watkin Premier is brewed to commemorate the fantastic achievement of Swansea City Football Club reaching the top tier of the world’s biggest football league. Premier is specially brewed using the finest pale malted barley, wheat and amber malts, with a blend of styrian and fuggle hops giving it a delicious spicy, fruity hop flavour. Premier Ale... not so ugly now! C’mon Jacks! Iechyd da! (Cheers!)

500ml bottle. Pours a hazy copper amber, with a small and rapidly fading off-white head, which leaves very little lacing. The aroma has some fruity hops and biscuit malt notes. Sweetly spicy hops up front lead into some caramel and biscuit malt. Some candied fruit comes in towards the finish, which is sweet and fruity. This is a pretty straightforward sweet bitter. There is not a lot going on, but it is still quite drinkable.
