Orange-braunes Weihnachtsbier mit gigantischer Schaumkrone, sieht 1a aus, Höchstnote! Karamelltönige Malzaromen mit hefiger Fruchtigkeit (Apfel, Pflaume). Süßmalziger und hefiger Start, wird schnell kräuterig-würzig, klingt angenehm herb - ja holzig - aus. Für satte 7% Alkohol (nicht 6.5%) gefährlich süffig!

Bottle. Deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma is dry, straw, alcohol, yeast, sugar, spices. Flavour is spices, alcohol, yeast, sugar, caramel, spices. Ordinary beer.

Bottle @ home... It pours clear amber with a medium light tan head....The aroma is brown sugar, fruity and spices...The flavor is sweet malt, fruit, yeast and caramel......

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais. Clear amber huge head meant I could only pour half the bottle into a Duvel glass. A tad over carbonated perhaps. Syrupy malty aroma. Yep its ok quite strong in alcohol. Overly carbonated. Some ok tangerine flavour. Yes its quite pleasant in the end

Flaske på hytta: kjempehøjt skum som raskt legger seg som et millimetertykt teppe. Aroma av appelsin og pære, slik er også den milde smaken. Grei kok, men julenissens bjeller ringer ikke etter denne.

750 ml bottle. Clear golden body with a big foamy white head. A bit weak in aroma, brown sugar, slightly spicy and some yeast. Mild flavor of pale malt, brown sugar, alcohol and yeast. Medium body and moderate in aftertaste. A bit plain, one dimensional and boring for my palate.

33 cL bottle from Beers of Europe, into an Affligem glass. Orange/red, fizzy, with a big head. Dry and fruity. Red fruit aroma, nice. Slight alcohol burn, decent beer.

Amber kleur, licht voor een kerstbier. Aroma is wat zoet met een zwakke pils mout smaak erachter. Blijft niet lang hanger, abt snel weg. Heeft een wat sterke, scherp palet.
Al met al een prima biertje, vergelijkbaar met een palm, maar niet speciaal.
