Slightly hazy golden colour. Huge fluffy white head that lasts. Yeast and bread in aroma, and a floral touch. Medium mouthfeel. Flavour is yeast and some citrus with a dry finish that has a sting of alcohol. Very decent tripel.

Pours a beautiful light amber to light golden body that is almost clear, but it has this little craft beer-ish haze. The head is large, creamy, white and stays as a thick, dense layer till the very end. Foam keeps sticking on the walls of the glass until it’s empty. The aroma is strong, sweet and pleasant with all the right elements in place: yeast, spices, a whiff of honey and some citric notes in the back. The taste is moderate to light sweet with a moderate bitter, light dry finish. Quite strong flavours with yeast, spices, honey and some refreshing floral notes, or maybe it’s closer to perfume, due to the quite obvious alcohol. The body is medium to full, and despite the quite lively carbonation the texture feels oily. A very nice triple indeed.

Aroma of yeast, banana, yellow melon, elderflower, citrus, butter, metal. Medium body, lively carbonation. Semi-sweet taste, balanced by a solid bitterness, and a mild acidity. Dry herbal/citrus/bitter aftertaste.
