Bottle. Golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is mildly spcied and mulled. The flavour is strong and vinously fruity. Overall a reasonable but basic belgian style beer.

Bottled. A hazy orange brown coloured beer. I poured this and it had a nice white head. I left it for a few minutes, looked back at it and the head had grown to a large foamy ’michelin man’ type growth. The aroma is very spicy and peppery and the taste is equally spicy with good alcohol notes. A very tasty tripel which packs a punch but is very moreish unlike some tripels which can be a struggle to drink. Good stuff.

Nice honey and malt swimming in a subtle but present alcohol…Good overall tripel, but i.m.o. these guys should continue with the original stuff…
