Dull gold, bubbly head, cream ale creamed corn unionmade aroma. Sweet front, gets sour and grainy quick. Microbrewed cream ale, yea.

Tap at Craft, Edmonton. Clear golden pour with a thin white cap. Nose has grains. Grainy taste, light grassy hops. Light finishing bitterness. Light bodied. Thirst quenching and pretty basic.

Malt and grain aroma. Taste is sweet malt with a faintly bitter finish. Nothing special, even for a cream ale.

Can sample during Calgary International Beerfest 2014. Clear light amber. Fruity caramel aroma and flavour, with low bitterness.

A light amber colour. Poor an average head. Tastes of grainy, grassy and slightly fruity. A little bitterness but not overpowering. I’d have it again, a good beer from Alberta.

Rating #910 - January 13, 2014 - My full pint at Craft beer Market for #mondaynightbeers. Pours a clear golden colour with a frothy white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of light pale malt, grasses, vegetable oil. Taste is very similar, lots of corny-vegetabley notes. This one was light to moderately hopped, and had a nice malt structure. Best cream ale I’ve tasted to date, certainly sessionable, but still one of the kings of a very boring style.

A nice light amber with a decent head of foam. It had a Yeasty smell with some fruity overtones. You could taste the hops but the malts were hidden. All of the taste was up front in the palate. It was a nice drinkable beer that I would have again (given that the restaurant had this as its only craft beer on tap) and might choose over others if I was in the mood for a cream ale.

Can: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of light cereal notes with light residual sugar notes is OK. Taste is also dominated by light cereal notes with some light fruity ester and some residual sugar. Body is average for style with nice creamy texture and good carbonation. This is not a style that I usually seek but enjoyable for what it is.

Pours a clear gold with a large white head that shrinks down to a thin covering and leaves a fair amount of lace up the glass. Aroma is sweet corn, malty notes, and mx of fruity and floral notes. Flavour is sweet maltiness, corn, mild bitterness, and some fruity esters.

Bottle - Corn, peach and a little grain. Clear gold with a decent head. Grains and a bit of skunk. Clean finish, decent. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
