This spectacularly golden, medium bodied IPA was crafted from a winning combination of Golden Promise malt and Nugget hops.

Fall in love with the big hop aroma of our Golden Nugget as it mingles with fragrances of citrus and evergreen, followed by a floral sweetness. Tropical fruit flavors entice your taste buds before immediately captivating you with a bold, hop forward taste and a pleasant bitterness that lingers in the finish.

50cl can @ Gollem Antwerp. Hazy amber, good lasting white head. Aromas of citrus, mango, herb, floral. Taste is bitter, grassy, citrussy, hoppy, sweeter malts. Aftertaste is dry and bitter. Very nice example of an IPA, without being insanely hopped.

Nice bitter light IPA. Clear golden with short-lived rocky 3 finger white head. Easy drinking. Low carbonation. Pretty good but nothing to write home about.

(From notes) Draft at The Iowa Taproom, 3-16-2016. Cloudy golden in color, light legs of lacing. Aroma huge tropical fruits with notes of grassy character. Fresh! Flavor follows is bold fruits, Mangos, papayas, up front with some notes of pine and grass in the finish. Bitterness is assertive but not abrasive.

Medium in body and the bitterness did increase as I drank and it warmed. Overall very nicely made and I drank an entire 12 oz. which I don’t do often when on a beer vacation.

Can sampled @ “Sir Goatie McGoat S&G Tasting”. Thank you Mathieu87 and/or PriorL! DEC/01/15. Hazy golden, little white. Nose is grapefruit, plenty of it but also some dull yeast. Body & taste is a bit too yeast, sugar, sweetish yeast based & some dry grapefruit oily hops, pine. Okay but a bit too yeasty for, don’t really get the hype here it isn’t bad, enjoyable beer.

From a can. Pours a hazy amber color with medium off-white head. Citrusy aroma, very West Coast, tropical, piney and dank, will also herbs and grass. Taste follows the aroma, citrusy, piney, tropical and dank, with grassy and herby notes and a good bitterness on the aftertaste.
