COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This spectacularly golden, medium bodied IPA was crafted from a winning combination of Golden Promise malt and Nugget hops.

Fall in love with the big hop aroma of our Golden Nugget as it mingles with fragrances of citrus and evergreen, followed by a floral sweetness. Tropical fruit flavors entice your taste buds before immediately captivating you with a bold, hop forward taste and a pleasant bitterness that lingers in the finish.

Difficult to find fault with this one, and after more than one, I’m hardly inclined to. A nose that will knock your socks off, enough hop bitterness to satisfy your hop cravings, and a mouthful soft and full enough to keep this quaffable for a good session of beer drinking. Truly a great discovery in Iowa! I found this in a couple of places during our (my girlfriend/bride to be and mine) visit to Iowa City last week--Blackstone and Sanctuary. Worth checking out.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of spicy hops, citrus fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, straw, spicy hops, and citrus fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

12 oz. bottle from my Secret Santa, shared with Ian. Light gold pour, with a small, bubbly, beige head. The nose is butter toffee, soft pine sap, and orange juice. Bold, smooth bitterness, with a good malt balance. Medium to heavy body, thick, creamy, and slick. This is a very assertive, yet approachable IPA. Manages to be strong and bitter, yet smooth and balanced.

How: Bottle (12 oz) at home. Courtesy of Minderbinder, thanks!

>>> A well constructed IPA with a more than decent malt backbone and a mix of hops that, despite the fact they aren’t intensely aromatics, complements each other nicely to give a nice flavor profile to this beer.

- Clear bright orangey golden with a medium easy to revive white head and some lacing.
- Aroma isn’t super intense but there’s a really nice mix of citrus (oranges, nectarines), melons, resinous/piney notes, floral hops and mild spiciness.
- Sweetness level is low and the malt backbone is discrete but pretty solid.
- Bitterness is low to moderate with a tingling resinous presence.
- Body is medium and perfect for the style. Carbonation is medium and mouthfeel is fluffy. Dry and floral finish.
- Very easy drinking and quenching despite not being "light".

Flavors: Citrus (oranges, nectarines), piney notes, floral hops, mild spiciness, mild caramel.

Bottle: pours golden amber with a big white foamy head, excellent citrus and hoppy aroma, taste is hoppy, but not overpowering with a very crisp but dry finish. Very good.
