This spectacularly golden, medium bodied IPA was crafted from a winning combination of Golden Promise malt and Nugget hops.

Fall in love with the big hop aroma of our Golden Nugget as it mingles with fragrances of citrus and evergreen, followed by a floral sweetness. Tropical fruit flavors entice your taste buds before immediately captivating you with a bold, hop forward taste and a pleasant bitterness that lingers in the finish.

Difficult to find fault with this one, and after more than one, I’m hardly inclined to. A nose that will knock your socks off, enough hop bitterness to satisfy your hop cravings, and a mouthful soft and full enough to keep this quaffable for a good session of beer drinking. Truly a great discovery in Iowa! I found this in a couple of places during our (my girlfriend/bride to be and mine) visit to Iowa City last week--Blackstone and Sanctuary. Worth checking out.

Bomber. Aroma is of the old school West Coast IPA ilk, bubblegummy and hoppy. Flavor is crisp and well balanced, moderately sweet. This is a clearly exceptional IPA.

Bottle, thanks Wrye! Pours a big golden orange with small white head. Aroma is a fresh hop, slight dankness. Taste is very bitter with a light fruitiness at the finish. Some spice in there and biscuit. Nice.

Deep Golden color with a nice pillowy white head. Aroma of citrus, pine, apricots, sweet malt, some lemon lime citrus as well, really bright aroma. Also some dankness in there. Taste up front is bright citrus and grapefruit. Rolls through a slight floral and into slight tropical, apricots, then into pine. Sweet malts are present in the mid palate as well. Finish lingers slightly and then dissipates. Light body that fits the beer really well. Not overly bitter IPA by any means. Super flavorful, low bitter.

22oz bottle from Discount Liquor Milwaukee. Pours a clear, Amber color with a white head and some lacing. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, orange, grapefruit. Medium on the palate with creamy carbonation. Flavor is sweet, some bread, some caramel, lots of pine and grapefruit hops, with a light bitter finish. Top notch.

Pours a light/medium gold, clear, short head light lace. Sweet ripe fruit and floral with citrus. Medium aroma , not sure of bottle date. Taste is a light toast malt, with light smooth buttery light caramel, mainly a resinous citrus hop juice/floral flavor, finishes with a tang and citrus bite with some mild pine. Lingering hop resin. Pretty nice ipa dry a bit toasty but somehow not near my favorate ipa. Very enjoyable though. My favorate abv for a ipa but this seems more sessionable like zeelander.

Growler... Clear deep-yellow pour with a small, brief, fizzy, white head. The nose is mainly a medley of citrus and tropical fruits, but also furnishes elements of musky armpit, pine resin and cracker malt. Medium to full-bodied with adequate carbonation. Fantastic fruity, rindy flavor without overbearing bitterness. Lengthy, crisp, bitter finish. Carefully constructed hop bill used here. Growler courtesy of ctipping!
