COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This single hop ale showcases the Citra hop. Named for the largest T-rex fossil ever discovered, she roars with ferocious aromas of grapefruit, citrus, mango and evergreen. Delicate in body with a mild bite in the finish.

Admin Note: Previously brewed as a 5.8% ABV offering, current and future batches are listed at 7% ABV per a tweak and translating the beer to a larger 30 bbl system. Tweaks may continue to change this ABV slightly as they settle on an official end product.

I love this pale ale. It is just hoppy enough to distinguish itself from many pale ales, but it’s greatest attribute for me is the complex citrus palate. Fantastic!

Pours hazy amber with a frothy head. Aroma is crazy complex; mango, citrus, sweet tropical fruits, resin, and pine. Aroma-wise this is basically perfect, absolutely begging to be tasted. Big, sweet, in-your-face citrus balanced by the piney resin notes of the hops and the smooth malts. This and Zombie Dust are both incredible, and basically interchangeable in my book. Delicious. Cannot recommend enough.

Hazed yellow gold. Creamy head at first. Blazing juicy aroma, tropical, citrus.Dry toast caramel.Sweetness. Same In taste, juicy, kinda on the sweet side. Sweet hops possibly. Lemon. mango- and first time Ive ever noticed mango so noticeable. Dry toast caramel light, grassy lemon bitter, tart finish but balanced with sweet. bottle about a week old I belive, nice. Good pale ale great hop vibrancy and freshness, solid, yet I don’t think its one of my top 10 pale ales.

Bottle shared by My friend Eric at Capitol Beer & Tap Room. Pours dark golden with a nice white head and a magnificent citrus aroma. There is a hearty pale malt flavor with a lot of grapefruit and a mellow pine finish. Nicely crafted
