COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This single hop ale showcases the Citra hop. Named for the largest T-rex fossil ever discovered, she roars with ferocious aromas of grapefruit, citrus, mango and evergreen. Delicate in body with a mild bite in the finish.

Admin Note: Previously brewed as a 5.8% ABV offering, current and future batches are listed at 7% ABV per a tweak and translating the beer to a larger 30 bbl system. Tweaks may continue to change this ABV slightly as they settle on an official end product.

Look: pours a honey color. Clear. Bright white head. Smell: skunky, citrus. Mango pineapple.. Taste: slight bitterness but still balanced. Mango. Passion fruit. Pineapple. Feel: good carbonation. Leaves a thin film on the mouth. Slight dry makes you want more. Overall: great beer. Good for a hot day. Wonderful flavor!!!

Bottle. Pours lightly hazy amber with almost no head and low carbonation. Aroma is very sweet and sticky tropical fruit: mega lychee, mango, light pine. Taste is sweet malt, orange, and pineapple, with slightly soapy finish. Very low carbonation makes this taste maltier and sweeter than it otherwise might. Reminds me of some Three Floyds and Stone IPAs. Standout is the nose. Good, but to me lacks the balance of Zombie Dust.

Shared Bomber with SHERM1016.....thanks!!! Pours a slightly foggy yellow with a nice clingy head. Nose and initial taste is the sweet (call in New England) hops. Sweet grapefruit / mango edge to these hops. Very mild but very tasty. Excellent.

Tap. Pours to a nice glowing golden body with a white head. Aromas and flavors of citra hops lightly balanced with some malt. Herbal and citrusy. Lots going on, but very easy drinking. Medium light body.

From a bomber. Pours a slightly cloudy light orange/darker yellow color. Nich white fluffy head. Lot’s of lacing left on the glass. Aroma hits you with a citrus bang. Tangerine, orange zest, slight grassy smell. Taste is heavy on the citrus flavor, lingers for a little bit, somewhat dry, slight bitter finish. Best American Pale Ale I have had. Would recommend to others.

Fresh bottle. Clear, bright yellow pour with moderate amount of foamy head. Good retention. Big floral/citrus/woody aroma. Really vibrant. Taste is amazing - orange, grapefruit, lemon peel, resiny. This was gulpable. I want mas!
