COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This single hop ale showcases the Citra hop. Named for the largest T-rex fossil ever discovered, she roars with ferocious aromas of grapefruit, citrus, mango and evergreen. Delicate in body with a mild bite in the finish.

Admin Note: Previously brewed as a 5.8% ABV offering, current and future batches are listed at 7% ABV per a tweak and translating the beer to a larger 30 bbl system. Tweaks may continue to change this ABV slightly as they settle on an official end product.

Tap. Pours to a nice glowing golden body with a white head. Aromas and flavors of citra hops lightly balanced with some malt. Herbal and citrusy. Lots going on, but very easy drinking. Medium light body.

From a bomber. Pours a slightly cloudy light orange/darker yellow color. Nich white fluffy head. Lotís of lacing left on the glass. Aroma hits you with a citrus bang. Tangerine, orange zest, slight grassy smell. Taste is heavy on the citrus flavor, lingers for a little bit, somewhat dry, slight bitter finish. Best American Pale Ale I have had. Would recommend to others.

Fresh bottle. Clear, bright yellow pour with moderate amount of foamy head. Good retention. Big floral/citrus/woody aroma. Really vibrant. Taste is amazing - orange, grapefruit, lemon peel, resiny. This was gulpable. I want mas!

Draft and bottle. Itís hard to believe this is "only" a pale ale. Pours a cloudy orange with a large frothy head. Nose is overwhelming tropical fruits and pineapple. Taste is equally as great. World class.

Draft at Hunaphu Day 2014. Light golden pour with a bubbly white head. Big juicy tropical fruit hop nose with mild pine bitterness. Flavor is similar, bright, juicy and refreshing. Dry bitter finish and delicious.

Wow one of the brightset, tricked out pales ever. Nice citrus nose, but the mouthfeel is amazing. Light bready, peach, pineapple, toffee malt and a sweetness that dries up nicely. Light and well carbed. Excellent drinker. Put this on tap and park the bus!
