4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A - Very cloudy/hazed straw gold color. Good sized, soft, fluffy, light white head. Good retention leaving a decent lace.
S - Orange citrus along with bitter green onion and earthy aroma. Hints of sweet malt, but the Nelson hops dominate the nose. Some sweet tropical fruitiness.
T - Similar to the nose. Pretty strong bitter hop flavors with the sweetish fruit and bitter earth and onion combating. Slight sweet malt background but this is definitely a hoppy beer.
M - Medium body with healthy carbonation. Pretty refreshing feel with a strong bitter and slightly dry finish.
D - Easy to drink. A bit more bitter than sweet, but overall well balanced. Very hop forward but not too strong.
Notes: On tap at Sanctuary. Single hop IPA with Nelson hops. Nice IPA with slightly bitter taste, especially the earthy/onion type flavor. Not overly fruit, or overly anything for that matter, but overall nice.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cloudy orange color. Pleasant citrus floral aroma. Taste- lots of grapefruit on top of a biscuity malt base. Fairly one dimensional in those regards but I happen to seek out the grapefruit hop flavors so I think it's wonderful. Crisp and refreshing. Very nice.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle courtesy of Paul at Ryan’s June 2015 tasting. Pours a bright hazy golden body with white lacing. Aroma is super pungent - full of tropical fruit and funky melons. Mouthfeel is medium and juicy with notes of bitter tropical fruits, peach and yeast.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle andy. Consumed for Frank (birthday) and Frank (puge(8)). Juicy complex passion fruit, clementines, grap fruit, cateminte. Towards the upper bound of the pleasant bitterness range. Which is fine. A welcomed tiny bite. Somewhat muddled juicy tropical fruit parfait and resin taste. Moderate dryness is nice. Not the cleanest bier but tasty juicy lot going on and drinkable. Thanks piper for the courtesy.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
22 oz. Bottle - murky copper pour. Small head with small white bubbles. Aroma islightly dank, mostly mandarin oranges. Taste - apricots and mandarin oranges. Palate - thin/medium mouthfeel. Finish is somewhat bitter and a little dry. Overall - tastes more like a pale ale. Does’nt have enough malt to support the hops. A session ipa in my book. Overly priced for what it is. Still a decent beer!

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
22oz bottle courtesy toss via Pepe. Thanks! Pours a murky gold with a white-ish head. Aromas of tropical juicy diesel. Taste is gently bitter and lightly sweet. Flavors of tropical hop juice, some onion bite. Pretty good single hop expression, enough to showcase even the smallest nuance of the hop. Juicy and understated, never brash. Very well executed. I like this a lot.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from bottle into tulip. Cloudy orangish yellow with kind of soapy white head. Smell has plenty of citrus and sweet tropical fruit on the nose. Taste has some citrus and pineapple, along with some grassy/ earthy hoppiness, with a solid malt backbone. Feel is medium, and smooth. Nelson Sauvin lends some pretty unique qualities to this brew, which I really enjoy. Another great beer, in typical TG fashion.
