COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ipa with New Zealand Nelson hops.
This zeelicious single hop IPA showcases the rare Nelson Sauvin hop from New Zealand. Delightfully confusing aromas of citrus and mandarin oranges give way to an incredibly complex body of earth tones and marigolds. This is truly like any hop you’ve ever tasted.

Growler @ MPLS LOL tasting, courtesy of CLevar. Pours a milky yellow orange appearance with a white head. Quite spicy, onion, garlic, white grape, dry hoppy, light tropical fruity nose. Onion, spicy, light toasted malty, lemon, light pineapple, fairly dry flavor. Delicious.

Cloudy yellow pour from a growler. Interesting nose, floral. Floral and bitter - finishing with some mineral in the finish.

32 ounce growler thanks to CanIHave4Beers. Big aroma. Nice floral hoppy presence. Big pour. Carbonation city. Tons of flavor. Big citrus notes. Very nice.

Tap at Toppling Goliath, wish I had started with the sampler instead of all pints...but it was fun. Pours a hazy orange with spotty head. Tons of citrus in this one, really cool actually. Great value for $4.25/pint.

On tap at the brewpub. Comes a hazy reddish gold with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, pine, and grass. Taste is grapefruit, lemons, other fruits, malt, grass, and pine. Excellent IPA.

Tap at Dexters. Unfiltered thick orange. Big steady off-white/beige head. Some crisp citrus hops, but overall this has a lot of yeast character, and I like it. Creamy and sublime, with a respectable hop depth. More East Coast/British.. Lovely grapefruit rind tones. A really well done IPA, lots of character.

On tap at the sanctuary. The aroma is all wet grass, like a hay field in August. Flavor pretty much follows suit, grass and hay a bit of leather. Flavors I like, but kind of unbalanced.

Poured from a growler that was opened hours earlier. Straw colored, no head. Aroma dominated by pink grapefruit, absolutely amazing. Flavor again is dominated by citrus hop notes. Medium body but nearly completely flat. The aroma and flavor of this beer is amazing, I wish I could have it fresh.

On tap at Toppling Goliath, pour is a straw like color with minimal head. Aroma is some dank hops, some citrus and a bit of malt. Taste is lots of dank and resinous hops with a nice malty/cracker like flavor to it. Really reminds me of Zombie Dust, solid beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Growler. Medium and very hazy apricot colored pour, spotty head and a really nice aroma of fresh oranges and peaches. Flavor is dry and bitter woody peaches and grapefruit and just enough malt to stand up to some good creamy bitterness on the finish. Pretty damn good, and a steal at $10 for a growler fill.
