Ipa with New Zealand Nelson hops.
This zeelicious single hop IPA showcases the rare Nelson Sauvin hop from New Zealand. Delightfully confusing aromas of citrus and mandarin oranges give way to an incredibly complex body of earth tones and marigolds. This is truly like any hop youíve ever tasted.

Growler. Medium and very hazy apricot colored pour, spotty head and a really nice aroma of fresh oranges and peaches. Flavor is dry and bitter woody peaches and grapefruit and just enough malt to stand up to some good creamy bitterness on the finish. Pretty damn good, and a steal at $10 for a growler fill.

22oz. Hazy golden. Tropical, mostly pineapple some pine. Malt is a little doughy in the taste and aroma. A little flabby, but this is really a quite well rounded ipa.

Bottle shared at rbwg 2016. Translucent golden orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma so odd, dank hop, refried brans, lemon, juicy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, base grains. Orange rind. Dank lemon, dank, lemon. Palate is semi sweet, highish carbonation, grainy, good.

Pours a hazy golden yellow from the bomber with thin bubbly white head. Aroma of oxidized new world hops and light malt. Taste follows, a bit of funky gym sock and lemon. Better than the nose on the taste.

Bomber. Unique hop aroma. Unfiltered, murky dark orange with a frothy, creamy off white head. Really wonderful full bodied fruit hoppy goodness.

Pours a hazy dull yellow/orange color with a light tan head. The smell is citrus, tropical fruit, guava, a bit of greenness. The taste is as it smells with a dry crisp end. The body is light+ with very smooth carbonation.

Bomber. Pours a hazy golden/orange in color. Minimal white head and lacing. Aroma is intense. Starts off upfront with orange/grapefruit/citrus hops. Theres a bit of earthiness too... maybe even some onion. The taste is exceptional; a truly fruity, juicy, tropical hop explosion. Bitterness is well restrained for an IPA. Medium bodied and very smooth. I love this beer.

This is one of the most complex beers Iíve tasted. Aroma is tropical fruit, some chili and pepper spice. Taste is where this thing gets crazy. At first itís almost onion-y, then a bit of spice, earthiness and then grapefruit and orange. Not particularly bitter for an IPA. The earthiness sticks to your tongue for quite a while. Enjoyable, though most certainly not an everyday beer....you need to sip this one to really enjoy it I think.
