Basada en un estilo Porter la Toro Supernova contiene en su receta una original mezcla de 5 especias aromáticas y piloncillo que la hacen diferente. Supernova fué diseñada para paladares cerveceros que buscan experiencias nuevas, frescas e intensas, cuidando siempre la alta calidad en su proceso de elaboración. Con un grado alcohólico moderado (4.8%) en Toro Supernova se encuentran sabores y aromas que van desde lo sutil del anís hasta el poder de la pimienta negra.

Good head, excellent colour. And thats about it. Very average porter, not spicy notes to be found, as it claims. A well made but pretentious Mexican artisanal beer.

Pour a cloudy dark brown brew with a tiny head with no retention, aroma has notes of spices, caramel and roasted malt, medium bodied, the flavor has notes of spices, chocolate, caramel and roasted malt; it lacks balance and presents some unpleasant falvors.

Very nice, spciy it says and is more storng than it. BUt it has nice features well foam sticked to the glass but not much head.
