Bottle, bought @ Vinens Verden, Odense.
Pours hazy amber with a fizzy, off-white head. Becomes a thin film rather quickly. Fine lacing, though. Aroma is sweet, biscuity, malts, lemons, caramel, yeast, oranges, coriander, thyme. Medium carbonation, rather light mouthfeel. Sweet, a bit uncomplicated flavour. Light caramel, yeast, oranges and coriander. Fine and drinkable.

It’s unclear, warm orange-golden with a white, creamy head. The aroma has notes of coriander, yeast, flower and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruit, flower, yeast, coriander and the finish is slightly dry. It’s smooth and aromatic.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Dedollewaitor. Pours a cloudy amber with a lacing off-white head. Sweet citrusy aroma, some coriander and lemongrass. Medium body, fruity and again spicy. A little phenols and yeast. No real bitterness. Pleasant. 031009

75cl. bottle at home: Lightly hazy pale amber/orange beer with a tall fading lightly off-white head. Aroma of orange peel, coriander and grainy malt. This is my second bottle of this beer and the coriander is stronger than the first bottle (about a 2 months ago). Light cinnamon note blends into the grainy character. Herbal green hop touch. Alcohol becomes noticeable as it warms. A leafy quality (almost vegetal) comes out as it warms up as well. CO2 is quite strong on the tongue. Coriander again is much stronger this time. Before it was a nice side note but now it comes too much to the forefront. Light orange zest and herbs lay on top of biscuit and pale malt. Long herbal and pale malt finish with a touch of coriander. Leaves the tongue lightly slick. I wish I had rated this last time... it would have scored higher. I have a hard time believing that the beer has changed that much in two months time though. Well, it is still a decently brewed beer and quite good considering that it came from a TV series. Those type of things usually don’t work out well. Easy drinking and hits its target well.

Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Weak spicy aroma of cookies, with a herbal touch. Sweet cookie flavour with a little herb and spice. Bland standard beer

(bottle) pours a hazy orange colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of summer fruits, most noticeably pineapple, juicy spicy hops, wheat and light alcohol. flavour is is more on the grainy wheat side of things, not much hops here, still perfectly dinkable. medium body with sparkling carbonation and a lightly bitter finish.

Bottle. High creamy and lasting off-white head leaving nice long lacings. Hazy orange body. Apple pear peach aroma with hops and hints of alcohol. Somewhat flat and metallic flavor of oranges and lemon with little hops bitterness, low carbonation and a short aftertaste.
