Pour from a growler - big head, dark red pour with a nice purple hue to it. Nose is wheat, grain and earthy. Very fruit forward, but not sweet - this beer is well balanced really showcasing the dark fruit flavor of blackberries.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden amber to hazzlenut brown with a small off white head. Aroma is solid blackberry fruity, perfumed. Dense blackberry flavoured, underlying mixed sweetness and light sourness. Medium sweet and light toasted malty, lasting blackberry fruity finish.

Tap at the brewpub. Rich orange pour with a smaller white head. Yeast and chocolate on the nose, and the blackberry really jumps out in the taste. Good beer.

Medium orange/brown pour with an insignificant head. Blackberries mostly come out in the aroma, but the taste isnít necessarily very bitter either. Definitely an interesting beer, and blackberries make for an exciting fusion, but I donít feel like the style suits them here. Body is just a bit too thin.

Tap. Dark brown color, small disc of carbonation and an aroma of malty blackberries. Flavor is also nice rich meld of light chocolate, blackberries, a slight bite of sour tartness. Really nice.

On tap at Town Hall Brewery. Has some very big fruity aromas, some berries and a bit of clove. Taste is a lot of banana/clove with a blackberry tart finish, decent. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
